Career Day and Exploration

6th Grade Career Day

6th Grade students will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of careers from parent/guardian and community volunteers.  Parents/guardians are encouraged to come in and speak about their careers.  If interested in signing up, please email Mrs. Gimondo (Munsey Park) and Mrs. Chen (Shelter Rock).

 

Prior to Career Day, counselors push into the classes to provide a lesson on careers.  During the lesson, students complete a Career Explorer Workbook which helps students make connections between their strengths and interests and possible future careers.
